'This email does not match an account' error message
This error message means that either the email address is incorrect or you have never set up a password for your Milkshake account. Click here for instructions.
How to reset your password
Forgotten your Milkshake login credentials? Tell the app to send you an email with a link to reset your password.
1. On the Welcome page, tap Have an account? Log in
2. Tap Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address and tap RESET PASSWORD
4. Milkshake will send you an email with instructions. Click the link to reset your password and follow the prompts
5. After selecting a new password, return to the Milkshake app and click Sign in once you've reset your password
7. Enter your email address and new password and tap Log in to login!
