If you’re trying to login to the Milkshake app and you see an error message, it can be for one of the following reasons:

  • The email entered was spelled incorrectly
  • No Milkshake account with that email exists yet
  • You previously logged in to Milkshake using Instagram and still need to update your account
  • Your account was actually set up using Facebook or Apple ID

Recalling which email was used to create an account

If you can't remember which email address you used to sign up, here's how to recall it:

  1. Check your email inboxes for a Welcome email from Milkshake. This email is sent when you first sign up
  2. Use the 'Forgot password' link on the Sign in page. After clicking the link you'll go to a page where you can enter all your email addresses and if one exists in our system, a password reset email will be sent to you.
