Why have I not received a reset password link?
There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening, please try the troubleshooting tips below.
Check the spelling of the email you are using to reset your password
Check your spam/junk mail folders for the reset password link
You may have originally signed up using social login. Please try signing in with the ‘Continue with Apple/ Google/ Facebook’ options.
You may have signed up with a different email address, go through these troubleshooting tips for remembering your email
If you signed up with an email that has a custom domain we may not be able to send you a reset password link and you will need to contact customer support.
