If you’re trying to login to the Milkshake app and you see an error message, it can be for one of the following reasons:

  • The email entered was spelled incorrectly

  • No Milkshake account with that email exists yet

  • You previously logged in to Milkshake using Instagram and still need to update your account

  • Your account was actually set up using Facebook or Apple ID

Recalling your email address

If you can't remember which email address you used to sign up, you can:

  1. Check your email inboxes for a Welcome email from Milkshake (this email is sent when you first sign up)

  2. Use the 'Forgot password' link on the Sign in page, then enter your email addresses. If your address exists in our system, a password reset email will be sent to you.
