Mailing list integrations are available as part of the Milkshake Pro subscription.

Deleting your mailing list integration

You can delete the Google Sheets or Mailchimp integration connected with your mailing list.

You may want to do this if you are troubleshooting a broken integration or changing the accounts you want your mailing list data to be sent to.

Please note, deleting your integration will break any working mailing lists on your Milkshake site. We recommend you toggle your mailing list off in the edit screen and publishing a new version of the site without a mailing list before you follow these steps! This will help you avoid confusion or complaints from people visiting your site.

  1. Tap the 'Profile menu' button on the top right hand corner of the Home Screen

2. Tap the 'Settings' menu item

3. Tap 'Integration preferences'

5. In this screen you can view any mailing list storage provider integrations you currently have set up, you are able to have one Google Sheets account and one Mailchimp account linked at a time.

6. Swipe left on the integration you want to disconnect.

7. Select 'Disconnect'

WARNING: If you disconnect an integration that is in use on your Milkshake site your mailing list will immediately stop working.

Updating your mailing list integration

If you need to reconnect or update your mailing list integration please follow the deletion steps above.

Once you have deleted your integration you can then reconnect it either via the Integration Preferences Screen or the Edit Screen for the Card you want to add a mailing list to.

Remember, when using Google Sheets, the sheet you want to write to MUST be owned by the same account you have connected.

When using Mailchimp the audience ID must be owned by the same account that you have connected.

If you update your mailing list integration please ensure you update the Google Sheet or Mailchimp audience ID on each of your Cards if required.
