SEO (Search Engine Optimization) tools are available as part of the Milkshake Pro subscription.
Our SEO tools are designed to give your marketing efforts an edge by letting you add a custom, title, description, favicon and image to your site.
Customising your title, description and image helps make your site more visible to search engines like Google and Bing, making it easier for your audience to find you organically.
Your custom image will be displayed when you share your site on social platforms like Facebook, X and Slack. Your image will also appear when sharing on messaging platforms like WhatsApp and Apple Messages, making your shared content more attractive and engaging.
Your favicon is the small icon you can see alongside your site title in a browser tab. We recommend using your logo or a icon that represents the purpose your site as your favicon. Favicon's are very small so make sure to use an appropriate image, photos, images of your face etc. are not suitable.
These tools help you create a more polished and SEO-friendly website, driving more traffic and improving your overall online presence.

Troubleshooting
I've paid for a Pro subscription but my site isn't in the top Google results
Milkshake SEO tools are not the only thing contributing to whether your site ranks well on Google. The most important thing is how unique your name/brand is. If the search terms you are hoping your site to appear for are generic or popular you need to remember that you are competing against other more established sites and businesses.
I can't see my updated image
If you have issues you can visit the Meta debugger, you'll need to enter your Milkshake URL, tap debug and then tap scrape again. This should update your image.
I can't see my new title and description in Google
This information will be updated next time Google (or another search engine) crawls your page and gets the latest information about it.
Unfortunately we don't control how long this takes. It will definitely be updated eventually though.
