If you sign up for Milkshake using email/password you will be prompted to verify your email address. Email verification is not required for those who sign up using Apple, Google or Facebook
If you have signed up to Milkshake with an email and password you will have received a verification email from [email protected]. Follow these steps to verify your email address:
Check your inbox for your verification email.
Click the link in the email to activate your account.
Troubleshooting
Can’t see the email?
Check your spam, junk, or promotions email folder. Mark the email as “not spam” to avoid future Milkshake emails getting lost.
Check you have registered your correct email address with no spelling mistakes.
Resend the verification email
You can resend the verification email from within the Milkshake App.
1. Tap the profile menu icon in the top right hand corner of the home screen
2. Tap verify email
3. Tap the send verification button
4. Open your email and tap the link as described in the main section of this article
