Contact forms are available as part of the Milkshake Pro subscription, currently rolling out as part of our v1.12.0 release.
What can I use my Contact Form for?
Your Contact Form is the easiest way to hear directly from visitors to your Milkshake website. Whether you’re a creator, small business, or just sharing your passions, the Contact Form gives people a way to reach out and connect.
You can use it to:
Collect general enquiries and feedback
Take booking or collaboration requests
Hear from potential clients or customers
Give your audience a simple way to say hi!
Because the form is flexible, you can also customize the message prompt to guide visitors on what kind of info you’d like to receive—whether that’s questions, ideas, or business opportunities.
How does it work?
Adding a Contact Form to your site is quick and simple:
Add a new "Contact" Card in the app.
Tap the add new card button
Select the "Contact" card
Pick a Look
Use the Contact Card editor to customize:
Placeholder text – guide your visitors with a helpful prompt (e.g. “Tell me about your project” or “What’s on your mind?”).
Success message – decide what visitors see after they’ve submitted your form (e.g. “Thanks! I’ll get back to you soon.”).

Once your site is updated, visitors will be able to enter their Name, Email, and Message right on your Contact Card. Each submission will be sent straight to the email address linked to your Milkshake account—so you’ll never miss a message.
Best of all, when you receive a message by email, you can reply directly to it from your inbox. Your reply will go straight back to the email address the visitor entered in the form, making it easy to start a conversation without any extra steps.

Want to know how many people are reaching out? You’ll find Contact Form activity tracked in your Milkshake Insights.
Under the Form Submissions section of your analytics screen, you can see how many messages your Contact Form has received each day. This helps you understand when your audience is most engaged and how often they’re reaching out—so you can make the most of every opportunity to connect.
